An Unlikely Combination

Your sitting there looking into your television screen awaiting your fine ECWF television program to come back on from commercial break when you suddenly recieve a special bulletin.. There is a severe winter weather alert issued where ECWF house is tonight which is in Dayton, Ohio at the Nutter Center.. It is certainly a chilled night.. Then your ECWF program comes back on and the scene suddenly shifts to the arena just in the back. Shaun Rose is standing out in a hallway hitting the cement wall with his hand..

Dammit, why do I always get stuck on a team.. Can't this damn federation obviously see that I don't work well with others? I am solo.. but, I guess if I have to I will team with a random partner every once in awhile just to get through the day.. Hey, business is business no matter who's team you are on and no matter who you are going against. At the end of the day, it is just that... Another day ends.. All you do is wake up and hit another day head on. This match up should be pretty interesting to say the least.. hmmm I am wondering what to do tonight.. Maybe it's time to go out and properly address these so called fans in the arena..

Shaun Rose places his hand upon his chin and he ponders on what he is going to do tonight to take action through out this arena..

Maybe I should go talk to my partner.. or maybe I should just let him come find me.. I have better things to be doing than to be chasing down partners that I didn't even choose in the first place. I would expect the booker of the events would have enough experience and enough thought in his mind to know what match is going to pull in ratings and it's most certainly not a match with me in a tag match.. Come on, can't ECWF step it up to a more paramount picture and a bigger match? This is supposed to be the place of open oppurtunities? So far I am going to the PPV to face the Showtime Champion and I will take his title from his grasp without a problem and I will show everyone that the name Shaun Rose is more than just a name. I guess this tag team match is just another little speed bump in the road..

Shaun shrugs his shoulders as the look on his face says he knows exactly what he wants to do tonight now and he heads down the hallway with the camera following closely behind him. Shaun is headed towards the stage entrance.. Suddenly PA music hits and it's the sounds of Papa Roach "Getting away with murder"... The crowd isn't too enthusiastic as Shaun Rose appears from behind the stage curtain.. He shrugs off the coldness of the crowd as there boos are very apparent and can be heard from outside the arena.. It seems as if Shaun is already hated by the crowd and he has only been here for a few weeks.. He doesn't seem to care as he makes his way down the long steel ramp. He looks at the ring and he knows that he will be in it Friday in a hectic tag team battle to prove that he can handle himself in any situation even if it isn't his environment.. Shaun walks around the ring and draws his attention to the ECWF crew that is sitting at ringside.. He directs one of them to give him a microphone. He gets a microphone and slides into the ring with his music continue strongly.. He gets up in the ring and he looks around at all the fans who don't like him one bit. The PA music cuts off as he turns on his microphone.. The mic cuts on and makes a short static sound before becoming silent and awaiting Shaun's voice to amplify it throughout the arena. Shaun starts talking shortly after..

It has come close to my attention that I have been booked in what is certainly not my element come this Friday at No Limit. I am not sure if maybe... just maybe the booker is stupid in waisting such talent as myself on a tag team match up.. Is this what ECWF is all about? Throwing people into random tag team matches at last minute in hopes to look like they have some sort of order? huh... Well if this is all I have to deal with then I guess the only thing I have to say is look at your new leader in this business.. I will become number one in no time and I will get my grip on all the championships I can.. I am already facing the ECWF Showtime Champion, Adam Cage at the PPV.. That is in the bit future.. Right now it looks as if I have this randomly thrown together tag team match to think about. I already have my stragedy and I will play it out how I see it.. I will dominate with my partner, Steve Relic.. or I will dominate alone.. Either way I will not lose.

Shaun Rose takes off the black leather coat he was wearing and he throws it down to the mat.. It is quite hot and it's proving to be taking a toll on Shaun Rose.. Sweat rolls down his face and drips from his chin. He wipes the sweat from his face and he continues on..

I will prove that I can win in any type of match even if it's not my own. A tag team match is obviously taking me far away from what I am used to because of the main fact that I don't play well with others at all and that could even prove very apparent in my match up.. I know that this will not be my only promo. I am sure there will be an ongoing feud due to I know that there is alot of punks around here that have to get their trash talk in.. So all I have to say is.. Vader and Chris Cable.. Bring whatever you've got. I gauruntee in the end it won't matter, but show me just what the hell you've got to bring to this match and I will show you a true winner...

The scene fades out with shaun Rose standing in the middle of the ring with a very determined look on his face.. He is quite confident and this should prove to be a very key part of the match..
